WHY I RECOMMEND PHOTOBOX
Of all the photo developing services I've tried, Photobox is by far the best in my opinion. And although this is my subjective opinion, objectively it is supported by more than one reason:
- They offer a "Satisfied or Return" guarantee . This is: you order the order, you receive it, if you don't like it, tell them and they will refund your money.
- A customer service by phone every day of the week , from Monday to Sunday. It is not a 902 or anything like that, but a normal Madrid telephone, a 91………. You can also contact them via Chat or by e-mail.
- speed . Normally in 2-3 days the order (mug, album, canvas, etc.) is ready and delivered to the carrier. Well, I'm lying, in certain types of orders such as photo developments, it seems that if you place the order before 12 noon they send it to you that same day.
- Very good score on Ciao! , the portal for consumer opinions and criticism.
Photobox is not the only developer company on the market, there are many more, and from my point of view the issue of print quality or prices in the end are usually quite similar in most of them. I think that what really makes the difference are the terms and conditions, details such as returns, guarantees, terms, after-sales service and, above all, the general opinion of customers. In this sense I think Photobox is the best there is.
FOR WHOM I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT
Although Photobox has my absolute recommendation, I do not recommend it if you are going to print 2 or 3 photos, because of the shipping costs it is no longer worth it. On the other hand, if you want to develop a large number of photos (30 at least) or print a photo album, a canvas, or a larger product, that's where it's worth it.
MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE WITH PHOTOBOX
I have been testing the Photobox service for over a year. During this time I have ordered 2 albums, 2 photo developed packages and a methacrylate frame, and never, not once, have they delivered my order wrong or late or anything like that. Be careful, this does not mean that there may be some customer who has the misfortune of having their shipment lost or arriving late, but with such good Customer Service I would not worry.
