DRAWBACKS

If we compare it with its predecessor, it has a shorter battery life, weighs considerably more and is somewhat larger, although the latter ergonomically favors many users. The image quality it offers is of the same level as other compact. Decent but not impeccable. And the brightness of the lens drops a lot (from f / 2.8 to f / 8) when shooting at maximum zoom. You need a lot of light or a tripod to shoot with slower speeds. Nor is it precisely a pocket camera;).

THE BEST

Without a doubt, the best thing about this camera is its versatility, because you can photograph from macro to the details of the moon. You have an angle and a super telephoto lens on the same lens. Also the possibility of shooting in RAW or its stabilizer, which allows you to shoot freehand with quite long focal distances.

CONCLUSIONS

Don't expect SLR quality, but if you want SLR quality with this zoom, you would need to mortgage for life. That, a professional who lives on those photos, can do it because it is an investment, but if you are an amateur, you do not need such expensive equipment. This camera is your best option, because the quality, without being higher level, is very decent. If astrophotography is your thing as a hobby, you like to play paparazzi , wildlife photography, birds or everything that you cannot physically approach but want to do with your objective, this is your camera. Even to make macro from afar, as you hear it, sorry, as you read it;). And if you're a detective, I won't even tell you. You would not imagine a more suitable tool for your profession. Of course it is a camera cucumber, it cannot be denied that its zoom possibilities and versatility are difficult to match. You will not find another compact camera, bridge or EVIL that comes close to the slightest. And to equate it with a SLR in terms of zoom, I have already advanced it.
