Today I come to introduce you to the replacement for the Nikon D7200, which we already talked about at the time. The Nikon D7500 is a DX SLR camera with advanced features at a relatively moderate price and one of the best Nikon SLRs for amateurs.
Relatively because it is not, even remotely, a camera for beginners, but rather to take the step to something much more complete and that, without being considered professional, remains very, very close to being one.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
As I have already told you, the Nikon D7500 is a camera with very complete advanced features , both in terms of image quality and its finishes.
With its 20.1 effective MP, the quality of its AF, its speed and precision of burst shooting, its sealed body, the touch screen and vertical folding, or the possibility of recording in 4K, it is a camera that does not go unnoticed . ;-).
DIRECTED TO…
The Nikon D7500 is a camera aimed at a medium-advanced user who, without wanting a professional camera, does want advanced features in an all-rounder.

If you master several techniques , the exposure triangle , the manual mode , and you have left behind all the doubts typical of a photographer who is starting out in photography, if you are also interested in a camera to record video , this is a model that deserves to be give him your full attention ? .
FEATURES OF THE NIKON D7500
Of this powerful camera, its image quality, the precision of its AF or burst shooting stand out above all.
It is ideal for working in low light situations, as it has amazing ISO values and very good quality standards at high ISOS.
They also highlight the connectivity, the sealed body, the possibility of recording in 4K, the quality of the optical viewfinder or that of its folding screen, as well as the high-performance shutter.

HOW MUCH DOES THE NIKON D7500 COST?

THE BEST
The Nikon D7500 has a really enviable image quality , thanks to the high quality of its sensor (the same as the D500, a camera that costs a lot more ;)).
The burst shooting speed of up to 8fps as well as the precision and speed of its AF with 51 focus points (15 cross), make it difficult not to get perfectly focused images with it.
Likewise, the high sensitivity of the sensor stands out, with very good noise levels at extremely high ISOs. Which makes it ideal for photography with very little light.
It also highlights the touch and folding screen, as well as WIFI and Bluetooth connectivity or its sealed body.
Finally, note that the video mode allows recording 4K.
NEGATIVE ASPECTS
- It only has a card slot.
- It seems that the AF in video mode can be improved.
- Too much cropping in 4k video mode (you have to add the one applied by 4K plus the multiplication factor, which we have commented on the Nikon D7500 is approximately 1.5).
- You can not add a grip.
MAIN COMPETITOR
It seems that the Canon equivalent would be the Canon 80D .

CONCLUSIONS
This is an all-terrain camera for medium-advanced users looking for speed, accuracy and great image quality in a sealed and robust body.
A camera that, although it is not professional, is close to being one, it can even work perfectly as a second body for a professional photographer.
Also, although the price moves away from cameras for beginners, so do its features, and it is comfortably halfway between the mortar that must be spent on a professional and what the simplest ones are worth.
This camera promises not to give you rest or boredom in a few years :-).
So, if you are an enthusiastic amateur, and you have a few euros, be sure to take a look at this SLR.
