Vivo V11 Photo Capabilities Overview
vivo 1804 Installations: ISO 63, F1.8, 1/1027 s, 30.0 mm equiv.
We started the Vivo V11 photo test in the conditions of good illumination on the street. Here, the smartphone’s camera showed a good result, although a strong oversharp is noticeable on one hundred percent crop. We noted natural color reproduction and accurate white balance.

vivo 1804 Installations: ISO 75, F1.8, 1/237 s, 30.0 mm equiv.
vivo 1804 Installations: ISO 0, Unknown equiv.
As soon as we started shooting indoors, we immediately found problems. The camera does not correctly evaluate the white balance and falls into a warmer gamut. The rest is no difficulty, and the balance can be pulled out in any application.

vivo 1804 Settings: ISO 230, F1.8, 1/50 s, 30.0 mm equiv.
We made a panoramic shot. In the room, it turned out to be even in exposure.
vivo 1804 Installations: ISO 0, Unknown equiv.
Here, indoors, we tried shooting in portrait mode, finding a suitable subject. The result was twofold. The smartphone seems to have worked out the contour of the object well, but the image became blurry, lost its clarity. The background was not only blurred, but also turned out to be overexposed.
vivo 1804 Settings: ISO 404, F4, 1/25 s, 30.0 mm equiv.
vivo 1804 Settings: ISO 369, F4, 1/25 s, 30.0 mm equiv.

vivo 1804 Settings: ISO 245, F1.8, 1/50 s, 30.0 mm equiv.
One of the features of the Vivo V11 is a 25MP front camera. In general, she does a good job, there is emulation of studio lighting, and there is beauty. The only thing that seems to us redundant is the resolution for the front camera: the sensor is very small and you can fully use the capabilities of the front camera only in bright sunlight.
conclusions
The Vivo V11 made an extremely strange impression. This smartphone resembles a contrast shower, and we seemed to be between the ice and the flame. On the one hand, we have a modern device with a scanner under the screen, on the other hand, there is microUSB. The manufacturer claims that this is the cheapest device with a fingerprint sensor under the display, and it is clear that it was necessary to save on something. But it’s not entirely clear why on the connector, because almost all middle-class devices already have USB-C. The back wall of the smartphone looks very beautiful, but is made of glossy plastic and looks cheap near. Next is a good display built on an AMOLED matrix, with wide viewing angles and good color reproduction. You can easily get used to the round neckline in which the front camera hides. But then you come across the fact that the same fingerprint scanner technology under the screen literally works every other time. Unfortunately, from time to time the device simply did not unlock and had to enter a pin code. You do not expect this from a similar function. The user interface of the smartphone is also an amateur; you definitely have to get used to it. In addition, Vivo V11 does not have NFC, therefore, there is no way to use Googe Pay, which is popular in Russia. The Vivo V11 camera performed quite well in different shooting conditions. Nevertheless, there are obvious problems with determining the white balance, mainly when shooting indoors. Note the strange work of portrait mode. In general, the camera in the Vivo V11 can be called universal, but its capabilities are not surprising. For a similar price, you can find smartphones that support RAW-format, with a larger sensor size, from more expensive materials, with a USB-C connector. I'd love to see a real uncompromising flagship from Vivo in Russia. They definitely are, but only cheaper smartphones reach us so far. Pros:- AMOLED display;
